Personally narrated by the author, it guides you through the breathing retraining techniques described in Chapters 14, 16 and 18 and can be listened to during your practice times.  Each of three 10-minute instruction tracks takes you step-by-step through a full practice session.

    The Breathing Exercise audio explains what you are doing really well. I found it really easy to follow, and it’s not hard work, in fact quite meditative. Definitely my breathing improved and I have had no restless legs since the first practice session.
